Course Description

Why Human Resources Facilitator Program ? The Diploma in Human Resources Facilitator is aimed at providing future HR professionals with basic knowledge, and skills in the areas of problem solving, workshop/seminar planning, strategic HR planning, conflict resolution, assertive writing and report writing. This program is designed for emerging HR practitioners, individuals who hold leadership or management positions, employed HR practitioners or individuals who are preparing for transition into leadership, management or human resources roles. Graduates will receive a Human Resource Facilitator diploma
